Reimbursement for Paypal error

Paypal screwed up and refunded you the money you paid for the April 15th 2023 workshop. Please use this as a way to reimburse. One positive consequence is that we can now accept credit cards.

About the event
Anyone who paid for the April 15th workshop after March 12th had their money returned to them by Paypal. Paypal has admitted to a mistake refusing to acknowledge the entity of Stanford Angels TX. They have not, however, agreed to pay for their mistake. Please refer to the email we sent you for more details. We are humbly requesting that you pay us back the $10 that was erroneously refunded to you.Â
While it's not a lot of money, it did have a place to go in our budgeting as we work to develop new programming and pay for the infrastructure to support it. It's also what is right and fair.Â
Before paying us here, please double check that the money from your original attempt to pay for the workshop was indeed refunded to you by Paypal. Please let us know if it wasn't so we can continue to work with them to figure out what is wrong with their system. ;)
