The "TC" stands for Texas Chapter, as this Stanford Angels & Entrepreneurs group got its start in Houston, Texas. Now, member angels and entrepreneurs are located all across the world. The "Texas Chapter" is one of several Stanford Angels & Entrepreneurs groups.
